Osteopathy aims to restore movement and function throughout the body by treating the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Through precise hands-on techniques, practitioners work to release restrictions in bones, joints, muscles, organs and other tissues. This holistic approach helps improve circulation, nerve function, and metabolic exchange between bodily systems. By treating the patient as a whole and addressing underlying restrictions, osteopathy supports the body's natural healing mechanisms and promotes optimal function of digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and other vital systems.
